OMG I am going to get to marry my best friend! Here is the story: Wes kept begging me to go for a winter hike. We both love the outdoors, but I prefer hiking in warmer weather. He woke me up early on Sunday March 9 and said "come on we are going for a short hike!" With much hesitation I agreed and rounded up warm clothes and boots from my sister and mom. We arrived at Cosby campground around ten am and began hiking up the snow covered Hen Wallow Falls trail. We had wonderful conversation and enjoyed eating snow and icicles on the way up! We came to a huge bald spot where I felt like I could see the entire world. We stopped to take some pictures and enjoy the view when Wes got down on one knee and said "Sarah Johnson when I am with you I feel like I am on top of the world. I love you! Will you marry me?" and of course I said "YES!" I refused to walk the 0.1 of a mile left to see the waterfall and insisted on running back down to the car and calling everyone I knew! Can you tell I am so HAPPY!
